RUTGERS SET TO HOST AS SHIRT THE KIDS TOUR COMES TO NEW JERSEY

Management are teaming up for an event once again! Shirt the Kids New Jersey will take
place on June 4th, 2010 at the Nicholas Music Center at Rutgers University in New Brunswick,
New Jersey.
The show will feature some of the most notable talent from around the United States. The show will be feature four headliners: Melissa Polinar, Ryan Bandong, Alfa and The AJ Rafael Band, as well as other acts. Tickets are available online and at various locations and are $20. At the door, tickets are $25.
“We wanted to create an all-ages show, and on top of that we reached out to our audience in the New York Metro Area to see which acts they would want to see for an event. My hope is that, not only will the kids and parents enjoy the show, but they will come together and help us ʻput a shirt on povertyʼ”. - Jon de Castro, founder of the Project Management Keeping in the Shirt the Kids tradition, every $5 raised will put a “Sammy the Sun” t-shirt on an impoverish child in the Philippines.
There will be various clothing vendors who will have booths at the show, and will be selling their merchandise. Also, GMA Pinoy TV will serve as the media sponsor for this event. For up-to-date

About: Shirt the Kids - In a world where many struggle with luxuries, there are families and
children who struggle with necessities. The Shirt The Kids Foundation (STK), is an organization
based out of San Diego, CA with an aim to “HELP PUT A SHIRT ON POVERTY” in the Philippines. STK also aspires to foster an environment in order for children to succeed in poverty-stricken countries.
