24 Oras “ GMA Pinoy TV’s flagship news program “ now airs seven days a week.
Anchoring 24 Oras Weekend, the Saturday and Sunday edition of 24 Oras, are news producer Jiggy Manicad and anchor-reporter Pia Arcangel, working journalists both.
Both Manicad and Arcangel look forward to working together and bringing the public up-to-speed on breaking stories in the Philippines and around the world.
Manicad’s edge and added value to the newscast “ numerous foreign assignments that include coverage in Afghanistan, Israel (Gaza), Iraq, Lebanon, the evacuation of Filipinos from Syria, Iran, the US elections and Inauguration of Barack Obama, Garduce’s historic climb to the summit of Mt.
