8th All ATENEO ALUMNI CONVENTION

Chicago will be the site for the 8th All Ateneo Convention on July 3, 4, 5 and 6, 2008 (Thursday to Sunday). It will be hosted by Ateneans USA, the alumni association of all the Ateneo graduates and graduates of other Jesuit schools, now living in the Chicago area. All Ateneans from all the other Ateneo schools and graduates of other Jesuit schools, are invited to attend.

The convention guest speaker is Mr. Manuel (Manny) V. Pangilinan. He graduated cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his MBA degree in 1968 from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pangilinan is CEO and Managing Director, First Pacific Company Limited; Chairman, Metro Pacific Corporation; Chairman, Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company; and Chairman, Smart Communications, Inc.

The convention theme is: Celebrating the Ateneo Legacy. The convention venue is the Hyatt Regency Chicago in downtown Chicago. Per Atenean: $250; Per Non-Atenean: $235;

If paid after May 3, 2008:
Per Atenean: $275; Per Non-Atenean: $260
