GMA PinoyTV is the international television channel of GMA Network, Inc., the Philippines’ leading broadcasting company. It is a 24-hour general interest channel in the Filipino language, with Filipino migrants and overseas contract workers as its primary target audience. Launched in February 2005, it is now being broadcast in the whole of the U.S. including the District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii, the Middle East, Japan, Guam, Saipan, Papua New Guinea and Diego Garcia.

The channel’s programming includes news and public affairs, lifestyle & human interest, drama, fiction & comedy, and music & variety shows.
Five variety show programs (Eat Bulaga, SOP, SIS, Pinoy Pop Superstar and Master Showman) are airing almost-live worldwide. Unang Hirit, the Philippines’ leading morning variety talk show, airs live in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Two of GMA Pinoy TV’s news and public affairs programs (24 Oras and Saksi) are now airing within a few minutes of their airing on UHF, while talk shows Showbiz Central and Startalk, are on a same-day-airing schedule.
